By pre-authorizing my payments to Hall Oil & Propane, am I giving anyone else access to my bank account?

· No. The information you give Hall Oil & Propane for this program is the same information that you give when you write a check.

· You authorize the terms of the payments.

· The payments are to Hall Oil & Propane only.

· Your bank controls access to your account.

Exactly how is my payment made using APP?

· Instead of Hall Oil & Propane sending you a bill, you writing a check, and Hall Oil & Propane preparing a deposit for the bank; we simply draft your account for the amount of the bill using a pre-authorized draft. (Accounts can be set to draft the total amount of the bill at one time or a prearranged amount per month or quarter.)

Will I get a record of the draft transaction?

· Yes. Your bank will handle the transaction just like a normal check, and itemize the payment on your monthly statement.

What if the payment date is on a weekend or a holiday?

· The transaction will take place on the next banking day.

What if I don’t have enough money in my account?

· If you have "overdraft protection", the amount will be covered by your bank.

 

How do I stop the APP service when I no longer want to make payments?

· Simply give Hall Oil & Propane 10 working days notice in writing.
